Valencia Elementary School

Window Replacement and Re-paving of Quadrangle

At Valencia Elementary School, the Multi-Purpose Room (MPR) windows were outdated and inefficient, leading to issues with insulation and natural light.

To address this, the school replaced the old windows with new, energy-efficient units that improved both the building’s appearance and energy performance. In addition to the window replacement, the school’s quadrangle was repaved to enhance safety and functionality. The existing pavement had become uneven and worn, creating tripping hazards. The new surface not only improved the aesthetics of the outdoor space but also provided a smoother, safer area for students and staff. To further improve the outdoor area, new benches were installed to replace the old, dilapidated ones. This project improved the overall environment at Valencia Elementary, providing a more comfortable, safe, and an inviting space for the entire school community.
